DLA Piper's Restructuring group is keen to grow the team at all levels. We advise on more bank panels than any of our competitors which gives our lawyers a unique understanding of the banks' criteria for supporting and turning around ailing businesses. This role also means that we are well placed to advise all stakeholders, including management, on how best to prevent insolvency.
The team's lawyers are trained to the highest technical standards and market feedback indicates that our training programmes are 18 months ahead of our competitors.
