Secretary
(m/f, 40 hrs per week)
A secretary assists in the day-to-day administration of companies, on behalf which domicile, management and legal/administrative services are offered, including incorporations and post incorporation work.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
•Prepare all kind of documents necessary for the incorporation of companies
•Maintain contacts of a network consisting of international operating clients, their advisors and tax authorities as well as the international offices;
•Administer income tax assessments for client companies and monitor timeliness of payments;
•Respond to client queries;
•Filing of correspondence and documents on companies files;
•Prepare and arrange for execution of payment instructions and giving follow-up on these;
•Perform any other tasks or carry out any other duties as the account manager, lawyers or accountants may require from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience: the following will be highly regarded:
•no more than 1-2 years of relevant offices experience gained with either a secretarial or varied administration role;
•Highly organized and motivated;
•Able to work in a team and autonomously;
•Able to set priorities be flexible and highly accurate;
•Good knowledge of Microsoft office package;
•Fluent in English, while some knowledge of German and French is preferred.
