The opportunity to be involved in partner led (partner intensive) transactions.

The practice area acts for both those raising finance and those providing or arranging finance as well as providing regulatory advice for those participating in the finance markets. Its focus is on non-investment grade transactions.

A substantial proportion of the practice area's work is of an international nature. The firm acts for leading international investment and commercial banks as well as for substantial corporate borrowers and issuers.
Example of work includes:

Securitization and other structured finance;
Bonds, notes or other securities;
Derivatives
Banking.

Example of work the candidate would be involved in includes:

Structured derivatives
CDO
Re-packaging
Opportunity to work on high-yield debt restructuring, bond tenders
Client contact and the chance to work closely with a partner or senior associate
You will not be pigeon-holed, this position offers the chance to develop your skills by gaining greater exposure to innovative transactions within the SSf sub-group, and possibly within IF.
