US Securities + German, 1-2 years + - Job Description
Our client is one of the leading international law firms. The firm has long-recognised the importance of the German market and has a number of well-established offices in the region.
With investment by US companies into Germany at record levels, the firm is now seeking to hire a US qualified lawyer with fluent German language skills to join their Frankfurt office.
You will ideally have gained one or two years of experience of working on US Securities deals in a top tier international firm and will be able to support more experienced lawyers on high-profile transactions. Lawyers with other transactional experience, with an understanding of and an interest in Securities work will also be considered. The firm has a superb training program and is exceptionally successful at integrating lawyers who move from overseas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who has a genuine desire to gain broader international experience of deals, whilst living in Europe. With the added advantage of the cost of living being lower in Frankfurt than in London or New York your hard-earned dollars will go even further!
