We are seeking to recruit a US Securities associate to join our US Securities practice. The candidate must have 2+ years' of US Securities experience and, in particular, experience in debt and structured debt transactions.
The candidate will have been working with a major US-based or international law firm. Candidates should have a JD Degree and be admitted to the New York Bar.We are looking for applicants with an entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness and ability to take on significant responsibility. A strong interest in practice development is also essential, since a key part of this role will be to assist with the growth and expansion of the practice.
