Securitisation PSL

lA great opportunity for a securitisation lawyer 3PQE+ to join a major international force in a PSL role. This is your chance to take a leading role in developing know-how and monitoring and analysing the implications for the practice and its clients of legal and market developments. You will also be involved, with others, in devising and giving training to fee earners and clients.
You will be primarily responsible for training, knowhow, precedents and information (internal, external, market-related and general) in relation to the full range of securitisation transactions (including CDOs, CLOs, WBS, CMBS and RMBS) and also (together with other relevant PSLs) in relation to a wide range of related structured finance and derivative-based products and transactions.
To be considered by this major player you must beThe PSL must have:
•a minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in the securitisation/structured finance area;
•a strong academic background;
•excellent communication and presentation skills; and
•the ability to work well with fee-earning lawyers.
Previous experience in a professional support role is not necessary but will be helpful. Full time ideal but candidates who wish to work four days a week will be considered.
