SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior Business Development Manager to work for one of the world's "global elite" law firms.
This is a major opportunity to make a significant impact on the strategic development of the firm’s corporate division. The role will report into the Head of Business Development for the Corporate division and will be responsible for managing a team of seven. The role will also encompass a significant international dimension, ensuring that BD programmes are developed and co-ordinated globally.
The role will have a bias towards business development and client relationship management and will be integral in developing the business development team's expertise and responsibilities based on the needs of the practice and the team’s career aspirations.
The successful candidate would ideally have up to six years’ experience working in a business development role in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm.
A strong client development focus in previous roles and commercially astute with a track record in growing existing and new business is essential as is experience of managing a big team.
