We are looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor with 4 years PQE gained within a major City or regional firm to undertake a full range of commercial work based in our Tees Valley office.
This will involve a full range of agreements including supply and procurement agreements, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of trading and general commercial contracts.
Previous exposure to any of IT, chemicals/pharmaceuticals, banking and/or financial services sectors would be an advantage but is not essential. Similarly, previous experience of any PFI/Project work would be useful.
