HYNES LAWYERS is a boutique law firm with a staff of 50+ specialising in high end corporate and commercial work. We have offices in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

Due to organic growth we are looking to appoint a senior lawyer with 4 to 6 years corporate experience as the 2IC of our Corporate/Commercial team in our Brisbane office.

You will need sound leading and coaching skills to ensure your team achieves its full potential.

You will have a proven track record in a Corporate practice and have worked in one or more of the following areas:

• Corporate advisory work
• Advice to listed and on-listed entities
• Fundraisings
• Initial public offerings
• Mergers and acquisitions
