This major European Bank is expanding its equity derivatives team and seeks a senior lawyer to work with the business in creating derivatives products and wrappers for both institutional and retail products. Working principally on structuring (vehicle type and domicile, derivative structure etc) the candidate will develop a strong knowledge of structured investment vehicles alongside their diet of derivatives work and will manage a portfolio of the most complex deals to come through the bank.
