Senior Marketing Executive/Manager

· Looking to recruit a Marketing and Business Development professional within an autonomous role covering New Business Development and Communications activities.
· Excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to Marketing within the property sector.

This niche firm of Architects is looking to recruit a Marketing and Business Development professional to join their expanding firm. Working closely with the fee-earning side of the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and contributing to pitches, PR activities, internal and external events, publications and project management.

This role will suit a creative and pro-active individual with a strategic and business-focused mindset who is also looking for a hands-on role. Ideally, though not essentially, the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of design software packages (InDesign, PhotoShop, Quark, etc.) and will have an understanding of the architecture industry and services provided.

The successful candidate will be happy to work in a stand-alone role, taking initiative in coming up with creative ideas and setting Marketing and Business Development plans in addition to having a hands-on remit and rolling plans out the plans and ideas that they put in place.
