Our North-West London Borough client requires a Senior Planning Lawyer for at least a four month basis.
You will have a varied planning caseload including:
- Drafting 106 agreements
- Dealing with enforcement notices
- Compulsory purchase orders
- Advising at committee meetings
You must have management and planning experience for this role and be a qualified Solicitor with England or wales or a common Jurisdiction.
