Senior Regulatory Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the 12 person legal team of a centrally located regulatory body.
The continued growth of the team has led to this new role which will offer you the chance to develop your career with high profile work, and the supervision of other colleagues.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have around four year's post qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister, though each application will be considered on its merits. Experience in at least one of the following areas will be required:

* Regulation of utilities
* Public law
* Commercial law in a public sector context
* Consumer protection
* Competition law
* Health and safety law

The successful candidate will be a senior member of the team, providing high quality, timely and effective advice in respect of the regulator's wide ranging economic functions and will be involved in a diverse variety of work.
