* 4-6 years Mid Level Associate experience in the aviation finance field
* Excellent drafting skills (ability to draft accurate, complex legal documents)
*Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels).
Priority will be given to candidates who indicate they have the required skills and experience.
