Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate - Environment - Auckland - Job Description
We have an opportunity for a high calibre senior solicitor or senior associate with a minimum of five years relevant New Zealand experience to work in our Environment (Resource Management) team.
The team is headed by Rachel Devine and currently has two other team members. The team provides advice on environmental and resource management issues for both the private and public sector.
This includes commercial environmental and planning advice on real estate projects, environmental disputes, environmental dispute resolution (mediation, negotiation, and litigation), and issuing arising on or consequent to the sale or purchase of businesses and assets.
