Your Role:
Our Hong Kong office is currently looking for an intelligent, dynamic Senior TMT Lawyer to join our Corporate Technology practice.
This group focuses on a full range of IT and Telecoms related work, with an emphasis on outsourcing projects, systems integration and technology procurement. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and ambitious and able to work semi-autonomously with interest in working together to build the practice. An essential component of your position will be working with the firm's major clients and other practice groups in the firm providing high level specialist advice and innovative solutions.
Opportunities also exist to work across the broader corporate practice, including M&A and Private Equity.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate must have 4 - 6 years PQE, with solid transactional TMT experience and broad I.T experience, including outsourcing. The incumbent should also have a previous general corporate experience. China work exposure an advantage.
Fluent English skills are essential with Mandarin a distinct advantage.
We will consider lawyers from all common law jurisdictions.
Salary Package:
HKD salary will be offered commensurate with appropriate market rates and candidate's experience. For international applicants the following benefits may be available: relocation assistance, assistance with temporary rental accommodation and Visa arrangement.
