THE FIRM
The London Employee Share Incentives Group of this international practice (with offices throughout the US and Europe, including Paris, Frankfurt and Brussels) is seeking to recruit an additional employee share schemes associate at the 3 to 4year PQE level, to join its existing team.
THE ROLE
The share incentives group is part of the London Tax Group which in turn is part of the Corporate Group. There is one partner whose work involves primarily share incentives and a further two partners with significant experience in this area. There are also a total of five associates and two trainees within the London Tax/Share Incentives Group.
The share incentives group acts for both large and small employers advising on a range of share scheme incentives. Previous experience of listed companies work, private equity, and enterprise management incentive (EMI) options preferred together with an ability to handle some mainstream corporate tax issues. The position involves lots of drafting and interaction with clients.
