Our joint Pensions & Employment Department deals with all aspects of contentious and non contentious pensions and employment work including both stand alone advisory and transactional matters.
The group is looking for a lawyer with a solid background in share schemes work but who would also welcome the opportunity to handle a broader caseload including the transactional aspects of pensions work. The work will include public take overs and private acquisitions in addition to the setting up of share schemes, employee incentive schemes, trusts etc.
