We now have a vacancy available for an experienced shares schemes / equity incentives practitioner to join the team who will assist with managing the day to day work on North West based clients as well as have a wider role in helping the team meet their challenging growth plans. We can be flexible over level and will look at manager level candidates and those below manager level.

Responsibilities:
To develop both technical equity incentives tax and legal skills as well as general human resource and plan operation knowledge.
Comply with risk management procedures.
Advise on the implementation issues (tax and legal) of share plans for UK quoted and unquoted companies and the extension of plans overseas.
- Qualifications / Skills
Person:
A qualified solicitor/barrister, accountant or tax technician (with minimum CTA qualification ideally)
Minimum 1 year share plans experience ideally in a reputable law firm or Big 4
Enthusiastic willing, can-do attitude
