Shares Schemes Advisor / Manager (Performance & Reward) - Reading

We now have a vacancy available for an experienced shares schemes / equity incentives practitioner to join the team who will assist with managing the day to day work on regionally based clients as well as have a wider role in helping the team meet their challenging growth plans. We can be flexible over level and will look at manager level candidates and those below manager level.

Responsibilities:

• To develop both technical equity incentives tax and legal skills as well as general human resource and plan operation knowledge.
• Comply with risk management procedures.
• Advise on the implementation issues (tax and legal) of share plans for UK quoted and unquoted companies and the extension of plans overseas.

- Qualifications / Skills

Person:

• A qualified solicitor/barrister, accountant or tax technician (with minimum CTA qualification ideally)
• Minimum 1 year share plans experience – ideally in a reputable law firm or Big 4
• Enthusiastic – willing, “can-do” attitude
• Team Player
• Good Communicator, and well presented
• Flexible
