One of the largest international law practices in the world with more than 1,500 lawyers operating in several major cities worldwide, are looking to recruit Securitisation lawyers with around 1-4 years of pqe to join the London practice. The main focus of the Finance group is in acquisition finance, capital markets, project finance, real estate finance and securitisation.
You will arrive with excellent academics together with some general finance or securitisation experience from working with a recognised city / large regional practice. International experience and a second language would be beneficial. You will also have the ability to identify and progress business development opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships at all levels.
The practice advises on a wide range of matters often incorporating international elements. The client base is diverse and includes blue-chip corporates, multinationals, private companies, partnerships, financial institutions and intermediaries.
