The firm currently acts for a number of RSLs in land acquisition (which also includes the associated construction and planning issues), sales and litigation work. Our social housing work is growing all the time. We seek a specialist dedicated to RSL clients who has the potential to build their own team.
You will carry out and lead on all real estate aspects of social housing work. With the help and support of the firm’s Business Development, Charities, Property, Finance, and Litigation teams you will submit tenders for work where invited and seek out new opportunities to bid for work.
qualifications required
Extensive experience in acting for RSL clients in non-contentious property matters
Interest in marketing and practice development
Commitment to RSL clients and thorough understanding of their culture.
Strong organisational skills
Probably 3-5 PQE; possibly more experienced
