Social Housing Assistant 2-4 pqe Oxford

My client is a full service law firm with offices based in Oxford and London. They have a very strong reputation in the areas of commercial property, social housing, private client, commercial, TMT and Life Sciences work. The firm has been very successful in development through organic growth and strategic lateral hires which has enabled them to build a focused practice with a wealth of clients. Moved into new premises 3 years ago, the offices are very modern offering the team and clients state of the art facilities in a genuine team environment.

The social housing team is headed up by a partner who joined the firm 1 1/2 years ago to grow and develop the team which now has an enviable reputation. Due to their success acting for RSL’s and for a number of BME Housing Corporation Development partners they are now seeking an experienced social housing assistant with a minimum of 2 year experience to further develop the team. It would be useful if you had development, securitisation, section 106 or stock transfer experience or at least have worked on one of these areas. There are 5 in the team which has been very successful winning several new clients in the past year. The team forms part of the larger commercial property group and offers excellent hands on support for both planned career and business development.

Ideally you will be working with a recognised social housing team and have undertaken a variety social housing work.
