Overview
Our Projects Team has closed more than 60 PFI/PPP projects, working with both public sector clients and private sector bidders. Clients include hospital trusts, building contractors, schools, financial institutions, facilities management providers, government departments and local authorities. In May 2004 the team won the accolade of Best Project to Reach Financial Close (All Sectors) at the Public Private Finance Awards for their work on the Defence Sixth Form College PFI Project.

Role
You will be reporting to the team partner, and you will be appointed your own caseload of commercial work, plus responsibility for allocation and supervision of the work of more solicitors in the team to agreed quality standards ,as well as involvement in marketing, business development activity and client care.

Person
You will be typically 3+years PQE or equivalent qualifies and have experience of advising NHS clients proactively.
You will be able to display a broad relevant commercial knowledge base (including drafting and negotiation)
You will be a clear and confident communicator and a team player that can display an independent thinking style with focus upon solving client problems;
