Solicitor - Commercial Property - Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor sought for their Liverpool team, to handle a caseload of mixed commercial property mattes including landlord and tenant, large scale sales and acquisitions and good quality development work. Clients include prestigious national developers, as well as local and national plcs.
Experience of projects is not essential as full training will be provided, however, a sound understanding of commercial property matters is essential. Ideally candidates will be New Qualified Solicitors, however applications from candidates of all levels of experience who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role will be accepted.
