We are currently looking to recruit a talented Corporate Finance Lawyer to work from our clients Newcastle offices to help build a portfolio of clients and to assist the continued growth and future development of the team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in company and business acquisitions, disposals and mergers and joint ventures.
You should be able to manage a caseload and also have the ability to take responsibility for your clients. You should possess the ability to work with minimal
supervision on appropriate deals and also to work as part of a team on larger transactions. You should have excellent communications skills and the ability to build
strong lasting relationships.
You should be ambitious with an apptitude for business development and be eager to
drive your own success and that of the team.
Ideally you will be aqualified lawyer with a minimum of 2-5 years PQE.
