Solicitor - Personal Injury

Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor required to join a well-respected national law firm within the large loss department; the main responsibilities involve handling a caseload from inception through to settlement, relating to Defendant multi-track RTA claims, up to a value of £100,000. This work is well supported, however, this firm also expect their Solicitors to assist in the development of junior fee earners in a mentoring capacity.

The successful candidate will need to have gained the relevant experience within a defendant RTA litigation environment. Whilst a defendant background is ideal consideration for candidates, you will need to posses excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritise work accordingly. We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 2 year's post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.
