The Background

Our Banking and Finance Team provides specialist advice and transactional support to lenders, financiers, corporate clients and other borrowers. They have a strong commercial focus and act as a central resource for clients across both private and public sectors. Key areas of work are structured finance, PFI/PPP (Private Finance Initiatives/Public Private Partnerships) and corporate borrowing.

The Role

Working within this fast growing team you will be excited by the potential to develop with the practice. You will have the opportunity to undertake a diverse and challenging caseload of banking work, as well as being very much involved in business development activities such as seminars, marketing events and writing articles.

The Person

With typically 4 or more years post qualification experience within the banking arena, you will be confident when working independently and highly commercial in your approach to the application of law. Ideally you'll have exposure to supervision, coaching and mentoring of junior members of your team. Your relationship building skills will be highly developed and you'll be an enthusiastic and driven individual who will want to immerse themselves in the team and the development of the practice.
