Work closely with a senior partner providing a range of tax advice to clients in relation to mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring, tax disputes and tax planning.
This work is challenging and demands high technical skills.
If you have:
4+ years post qualification experience in tax legal work
Commercial acumen and sound judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong client relationship management skills
