Corporate/Charity Solicitor – West Midlands - £45k

One of the country’s leading practices is seeking to recruit an experienced corporate solicitor for their Birmingham city centre office, to join the team who specialise in the not-for-profit and charitable sectors. The firm enjoy an enviable reputation nationwide for the excellent quality of their work, and also their commitment to providing a pleasant working environment, hence staff retention is high and opportunities can be rare

You will ideally have worked with a leading city practice or reputable regional firm, and will have experience of:-

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate re-structuring
• Stock transfer
• Providing advice on fundraising and the associated legalities
• Creation of subsidiary companies for charitable benefit
• Amalgamations with other charities

You should have previously worked within the charitable and/or social housing sectors, and be looking to take the next step with a firm which can offer excellent career prospects as well as a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The practice are willing to look at CVs from candidates with a variety of PQE levels, although would expect the salary and requirements of the role to be most of interest to candidates of around 2-3 years PQE.
