Customer Service Advisor - Insurance

URGENTLY required Customer Service Advisors with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

You will act as the initial point of contact with customers (both inbound and outbound), to gather insurance claim details whilst providing them with support and guidance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in initial stages of the investigation working with insurers, police and witnesses to investigate and gather all relevant details to build successful claims.

You should possess strong customer service skills and be from a customer focused background from a professional environment, ideally within legal or insurance and be educated to a GCSE level or similar.
