Probate Solicitor, Legal Exec, Probate Executive To £38k + Bonus Bristol

Bristol practice urgently requires additional probate and private client fee earners to join an already busy team.

You will advise on probate and estate administration from start to finish and be assisted by separate teams who take care of all property disposals and managing of estate accounts.

New cases will be gradually given to you, to build on your experience and candidates with a minimum 2 years experience handling probate and private client matters are required. You may be a solicitor, legal executive or unqualified fee earner.

You will be trained by a dedicated internal trainer and will never need to do any business development or chasing of leads! You will be free to advise clients and do what you have trained to do, as a consistent work flow ensures enough work for all.

STEP membership advantageous. Excellent salary to £38k + Bonuses.

Part time considered (min 3 days per week) and your caseload will be minded in your absence by a team member. Progress your career into team leader or technical specialist advising on high value agricultural and complex matters.

Probate Executive - Bristol To £38k

My client has a very large probate department operating from modern open plan offices in North Bristol. They advise on large numbers of probate cases from start to finish including those valued up to £5 million and involving inheritance tax matters, foreign assets, businesses and shares.

Due to a huge increase in instructions this firm are recruiting for permanent probate executives with relevant probate experience. You will be a solicitor, legal executive or senior paralegal with at least 2 years experience in either purely probate or a mix of private client experience to include probate. You will handle clients matters from start to finish.

There are no revenue or billable hours targets with this role, instead the focus is on progressing cases correctly and in a timely manner.

Excellent progression opportunities for driven candidates including training from the in house trainer. This firm offer a "meritocracy" where candidates can progress their careers regardless of qualification.

Realistic progression opportunities to advise on more complicated matters. STEP members preferred, but not essential as all employees are encouraged to attain STEP membership at the firms expense.
