Corporate/Commercial Associate/Partner - Spalding

As part of ongoing succession planning, an experienced associate or partner level candidate (ideally 5 yrs+ PQE) is now sought to join a team currently headed by a well-respected partner. You will handle a busy caseload biased towards corporate transactional matters but also covering general company/commercial. More specifically, your caseload is likely to include share and asset based transactional work, mergers and de-mergers, shareholders agreements, partnerships, LLPs and corporate securities. The ideal candidate will have a proven background with a recognised practice and may currently be an associate frustrated by lack of headroom in their present role. Team leadership potential is essentia.
