Structured Products Lawyers - Job Description
Our client, a leading European Investment Bank, is looking to further expand the structured finance capacity of its legal department and consequently is seeking to hire a lawyer with a broad range of structured finance experience.
The role will involve working directly with the front office, advising from the initial structuring through to completion of the transaction; liaising with and instructing external counsel on legal issues relating to a transaction or product; drafting and/or reviewing documentation, as required; and advising generally on any legal issue raised in connection with any transaction or structured derivative product.
The successful candidate will ideally possess structured capital markets and structured derivatives experience gained either in-house or private practice.
