Due to continued expansion this leading global bank seeks a lawyer with solid experience of structured derivatives transactions. You will be part of a small team supporting the Structured Rates business in a role that will involve, inter alia, advising on: securitisation swaps; covered bond swaps; leveraged and other finance transactions involving inter-creditor arrangements; and project export finance swaps. Familiarity with vanilla rates products as well as the ISDA Settlement Matrix and the ISDA Mark to Market matrix advantageous. Excellent work/life balance and remuneration.
