Our client, a major hedge fund, seeks a Structurer to join their Global Transaction Group based in Switzerland. This rare opportunity requires a qualified lawyer to structure and maintain products relevant to their product range. Responsibilities include:\r\n• Preparation of offer documentation and material contracts for alternative investment products \r\n• Providing advice on general issues regarding the classification of products. \r\n• Project management of new launches \r\n• Managing relationships with external legal counsel \r\n• Reporting on miscellaneous legal issues arising from both the structuring and maintenance of alternative investment products \r\n• Research and monitoring of market/legal developments in specific jurisdictions \r\n• Legal maintenance on existing products/platforms \r\n• Reviewing marketing material for alternative investment products\r\nThe successful candidate will have working knowledge of either funds or capital markets together with a good understanding of basic company/contract law principles. This position is well suited to a lawyer interested in a quasi-legal role.\r\n
