Paralegal
(Full time 6 Month Contract)- Evening and Day shifts
Salary: Competitive

Working at Freshfields means that you’ll join one of the world’s best law firms. Our 28 offices cover the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Our lawyers advise clients wherever they are, wherever the problem, and wherever the transaction. We are looking for talented and experienced paralegals to join our team and play a critical role in supporting this work.

We want to give you the chance to be your best. We need to build the best support teams for our lawyers and in return for your commitment we offer stimulating and challenging work. This role will offer you highly sought after exposure - whether you plan to become a career paralegal or develop your career in another direction.
Primarily you will be allocated tasks and supported and mentored by a senior associate. We are confident that you will feel stretched and that you are using your skills and law degree. The client base that you will be exposed to will give you an excellent appreciation of how we work at our best.

This role will involve (amongst other things) NDAs, analysing reviewing and managing documents, due diligence and legal research. Your ability to successfully liaise with internal and external clients and support the team is equally critical and you will need to demonstrate the ability to influence at the most senior level.

At Freshfields we know teamwork sets us apart. This team will largely support corporate and finance work but you will need to be a flexible “self-starter” that can also cope with some ambiguity. It goes without saying that you have exceptional detail awareness, great MS Office skills and are comfortable analysing huge amounts of data.

You must have some experience of paralegal work and have completed your LPC. The ability to illustrate your exposure to sound client work will also be highly regarded. Personally you will demonstrate a robust and proactive approach. Delighting your team and the lawyers you support will be second nature. There will also be opportunities to work evening shift hours.

If this sounds like a role that you want to develop your skills and experience please apply quoting your availability and salary expectations.
