Leading investment manager is seeking to recruit a legal counsel to join their private equity and funds team in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

You will be involved in the fund creation process, drafting a whole variety of legal documents as well as being involved in transaction processes, including negotiation and facilitating co-operation between different teams.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of corporate and private equity/funds experience. NQs may apply but only if relevant seats have been undertaken during the training contract. You are fluent in German or are at least able to negotiate and conduct business conversations in German.
