This role is based in the city and the team is responsible for the company’s systems throughout the EU and Asia.
Working directly for the head of IT in London the role is to manage the systems team on a day to day basis ensuring that all projects tasks and targets are met and complete.
This role is around 80% managerial and 20% technical so the ideal candidate will have excellent experience of managing a team including staff appraisals, setting targets and tasks and being responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget.
Although the role is mainly a hands off role there is a technical aspect to it and you will be expected to get involved with system administration as and when needed therefore excellent hands on experience with Active Directory, Exchange 2003, windows based servers and Cisco is a must as is an ITIL qualification.
