The Hong Kong office of this award winning TMT practice of this leading US firm is looking for an additional experienced technology lawyer to become part of its continually growing team. Our client acts for high profile companies that include blue chip corporations, large scale international organisations, financial institutions and IT suppliers and subcontractors. You will be primarily be involved in drafting and advising on technology and commercial agreements and will provide support on corporate transactions in the TMT sector.
The ideal candidate will have in the 3 – 5 years of solid TMT experience, drafting a variety of IT and commercial agreements that include software development agreements, licensing, distribution and supply agreements, outsourcing agreements, support, maintenance and service level agreements gained at another leading international firm.
Additional experience in advising on ecommerce, privacy, commercial IP and/or telecommunications issues would also be beneficial.
Applicants must be qualified from an Australian, UK or Hong Kong jurisdiction for consideration and whilst native level English is a must, knowledge in Chinese or an additional Asian language are not essential but would be highly beneficial.
