Top International law firm needs Helpdesk Analyst (Level 2) - Job Description
This Law Firm are based in the heart of the City and are in urgent need of increasing their IT team following recent developments globally. They are now looking to bring in an Analyst to take on all 1st line and where necessary 2nd line support duties on the Helpdesk. This role will offer huge scope to develop and learn as you will be getting lots of desk and remote support experience. You will have to keep up to date on all changes, updates and additions to the supported technologies and advise on team training. One year IT experience is a must from within a Law Firm preferably or professional services background . Good knowledge of all MS Office applications to an advanced level and experience of working with a Document Management systems will be a bonus as well as a strong ability to troubleshoot and strong problem solving skills.
