This excellent roles offers the opportunity to deal with high quality insolvency and general commercial litigation work, acting principally for large institutional clients. The team has conduct of substantial contested cases, generally, although not exclusively, through the High Court in London.
Successful candidates will have previous experience of good quality commercial litigation. Previous experience of contentious insolvency work would be advantageous but is not essential.
