TOP PROPERTY LITIGATION POSITION

One of the largest full service law firms in the world with several offices in major cities across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia are looking to recruit a Property litigation lawyer with around 0-2 years of pqe to join the Manchester office.

You will join a young, energetic team of 9 specialist Real Estate litigators and you will be expected to take on a client facing role from the outset; whether assisting on large complex cases for top 100 FTSE clients or running your own busy caseload for smaller yet equally demanding businesses.The role involves working on a broad range of property related problems for occupiers, investors and developers. You will get involved in all aspects of property management issues including lease renewals and landlord and tenant disputes. You will also be involved in business development issues and marketing and selling.

To be successful you will have the relevant experience, be commercially minded and happy to involve yourself with new marketing and business development opportunities. Additionally, you'll have strong academics and be able to fit seamlessly into the team environment.
