Trade Finance Solicitor - Job Description
Following the recent hire of Charles Morrison into our C&P Group we now seek a qualified lawyer with trade finance experience to enhance the practice. Work will involve acting for banks and sponsors in international projects, the main focus being Africa, and for trade finance banks on a variety of commodity-related matters. In addition the role will provide the opportunity for involvment in major energy and infrastructure related projects in Africa.
We are ideally looking for a solicitor with exposure to international trade finance and projects related work, gained in a highly regarded City practice. Experience of energy and infrastructure projects would also be of interest.
