Trade Union Personal Injury Solicitor

The Role
We are seeking a PI specialist who is able to demonstrate strong technical competence in industrial accident litigation, preferably gained within a trade union environment. The successful candidate will manage a case-load comprising of fast track accident claims on behalf of trade union members.

Your Skills
The successful applicant will either be a solicitor with 0-3 year’s relevant PQE, a legal executive or a para-legal with similar experience and will be self-assured and articulate, with a proactive approach. The ability to operate an IT based case-management system is essential.
