TRADEMARK LITIGATION 2-4pqe - Job Description
Our client a 30 partner West End practice we are looking to recruit a Trade Mark Prosecution Lawyer or Attorney (ideally ITMA qualified) to work within the trade mark prosecution team of their leading Rights Practice. The firm prides itself on its technical quality, professionalism and level of client service, whilst remaining friendly, informal and supportive. You would be assisting to support one of the UK's leading contentious IP teams
Ideally 2-4 years trades mark experience you will be able to handle a significant prosecution workload in a support role. Stronger candidates will have an active interest in practice development and marketing, with existing contacts in sectors of relevance to the firm. An opportunity exists to develop his/her own workload in a professional yet friendly working environment.
To be considered you should have gained your experience in a leading City or West End practice and have a good academic record. Excellent salary and benefits.
