The key responsibilities for a Senior Manager in the Transaction tax team are:

- Contribute to successfully winning and delivering consulting projects;
- Build and maintain consulting tax relationships with clients;
- Contribute to developing and implementing the Client Service Framework/Tax Service Charter;

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

- ATT/CTA, ACA/ACCA or law qualification.
- Sound UK tax technical knowledge and transaction expertise.
- Client driven approach and a strategically and commercially awareness.
- Excellent communicator both written and oral.
- Proven track record of developing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong client relationship management skills with ability to develop quality outputs to clients.
