Trust Officer Legal

A legal officer manages a portfolio of client companies, to whom we provide management and legal/administrative services.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
•As your main focus you will be responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies; in particular you will assist with the closing of asset transactions
•Communicate with and advise clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide
•Support our marketing and sale efforts by developing network of professionals and advising existing clients and prospects on (new) structures

Qualifications and Experience:
•University education in corporate or fiscal law with at least 2-3 years experience in a comparable position, exposure to tax driven and/or private equity and real estate structures is a definite advantage
•Commercial, service-minded and dynamic attitude
•Willingness to further develop (international) tax and company law knowledge
•Analytic skills
•Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
•Fluent English is essential and other languages, in particular French, German or Spanish would be beneficial
