Our client is seeking to appoint a commercial litigation lawyer with between 1-3 yrs PQE to their recognised Birmingham practice.
Our client is a leading regional practice who widely recognised for both their commercial and private client services. Their commercial Litigation practice is highly successful and managing a range of commercial dispute work for OMB's, SME's and leading regional and national corporates.
As a result of expansion they are seeking to recruit a commercial litigation lawyer with between 1-3 years PQE to work closely with lead 2 partners within the team.
The team manage a range of work from small claims through to the more complex multi-million pound commercial disputes.
Work is broad and includes:
* Contract disputes
* partnership disputes
* professional negligence
* Insolvency
* Debt
* Property disputes
* shareholder disputes
As the ideal candidate you will be a UK qualified Solicitor (or overseas equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year pqe, although candidates with more or less qualified experience can apply.
Candidates will be backed by strong academics and training and PQE in exclusively commercial litigation matters.
