Commercial Property Solicitor - West Midlands

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for an opportunity with a growing West Midlands practice.

Our client is ambitious and keen to add a junior member to their commercial department to assist the existing team of two solicitors; one of whom is a property specialist and the other an expert in commercial matters.

The candidate we seek will be a commercial property solicitor with up to 3 years PQE. In addition to having experience of handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, they will ideally have experience of dealing with a variety of other commercial matters; including Development Agreements, Land Contracts and Infrastructure Agreements. Strong business development skills would also be highly advantageous as the successful candidate will also be required to get involved in the marketing of the Commercial department, with a view to continuing expansion.
